So its time to start at least start planning the big spring clean – you would be surprised at how much it actually helps to feel prepared! Before we get into the actual preparation, it may help your motivation to know that there are actual proven benefits of spring cleaning. That’s right! Its healthy to do a spring clean! Studies have shown that the health benefits associated with a good spring clean are pretty amazing.

Spring cleaning takes energy and yes you guessed right – calories! Burn calories and get that blood flowing by doing at least 20 minutes of good spring cleaning. Without realizing it, you are actually getting in some really valuable exercise. Once you get going, you will feel more productive and motivated thus feeling more positive 😉
